Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 cup small cherry tomatoes, halved for young children
  • 2 black olives
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper.

Method

  1. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon, herbs, garlic powder and seasoning; chill. Slice peppers into strips, carrots into sticks and cucumber into half-moons.
  2. Place a small bowl of dip toward the bottom of a large platter as the turkey body. Fan vegetables in curved rows behind it as feathers; use a small pepper triangle for a beak and olive pieces for eyes.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate cut vegetables separately up to one day.
